Pro Driver Safety Academy (“PDSA”, “we”) is an LTO-accredited defensive driving school at Unit-C, Antipolo Triangle Mall, Sumulong Memorial Circle, Antipolo City, Rizal. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

When you request a training quote, we collect:

• Your name, company name, mobile number, and work email
• The service you're interested in and your number of drivers or vehicles
• Optional details you choose to share: preferred venue, location, and your message

When you enroll in the Online Defensive Driving Seminar, we collect your name, mobile number, and email, plus the payment receipt you upload (a photo, screenshot, or PDF). If you want a printed certificate, we ask for your delivery address by email later. A receipt may show part of your payment account details, so please crop out anything unrelated to the payment. We never ask for card numbers, PINs, or passwords.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you, such as our database and file storage host and our email delivery provider, and only as needed for those purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep inquiry and enrollment records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
